We are happy to dedicate the requested time slot for you, and we ask that you also dedicate your time to us.

Last minute cancellations hurt our service providers as they often may not be able to fill the reserved time slot.
However, we understand life happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for a full 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. 

All appointment reminders are a courtesy. Guests are fully responsible for their original appointment booked.

If you no-show a ‘New Guest Complimentary Consultation’ appointment you may be charged a cancellation fee/ $25
